Gary Restaino, Esq.
"Election Integrity: What It Means, What Law Enforcement Does, and What Citizens Should Know.”
Gary Restaino has served as U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona and Acting Director of the ATF. Over nearly three decades in public service, he has led major efforts involving public integrity, white-collar crime, civil rights, and election security.
As a participant in the Government Counsel & Election Officials Network (GCEON), Mr. Restaino has been speaking to prosecutors about election preparedness, coordination with election officials and law enforcement, and legal responses to election-related issues.
