PLEASE RSVP BY 4/20 SO WE CAN HAVE ACCURATE NUMBERS FOR CATERING!
You are permitted to bring one (1) guest to this event. Your guest must be at least 16 years of age due to exposure with firearms. We may ask for proof of age (such as a valid driver's license/birth certificate) for younger guests. Please be advised you are responsible for your guest. The cost for you and your guest is $25.00 each.
Registration for all students and their guest MUST be done online. No cash will be accepted during a class before the event or at the door. No exceptions.
Please dress appropriately for outside activities on the range. Sunscreen, hat and sunglasses are recommended. Closed-toed shoes are required. FBIPCAAA will provide water as well as coffee, continental breakfast & lunch.
ALL ATTENDEES AND THEIR GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED ONLINE PRIOR TO THE EVENT AND HAVE PROVIDED A SIGNED WAIVER. PLEASE PRINT AND FILL OUT THIS FORM AND BRING IT WITH YOU FOR BOTH YOU AND YOUR GUEST NO LATER THAN THE LAST DAY OF THE CA CLASS (TUCSON-APRIL 20TH OR PHOENIX-APRIL 21ST).

Range Day is a special opportunity for Citizens Academy graduates!
You'll get to experience the following:
* Live demonstration from the FBI SWAT team
* Participate in the collection of evidence alongside ERT members
* You will also have the unique opportunity to fire FBI handguns and shoulder weapons with assistance from trained personnel
* The FBI Phoenix Citizens Academy Alumni Association will host a breakfast and lunch.
